FINANCES ARE RELATIVE AND HUMAN

I have been building my professional life in relation to the financial world for more than 22 years.

I have had the opportunity to develop as a Financial Manager in organizations of German and Swiss origin, both in External Business Consulting and Advice and in Administrative and Financial Management in a final company.

In these years of experience I have observed that some of my personal attitudes, such as understanding personal reality, respectful listening or confidentiality, were highly valued in the financial advisory processes in the different professional scenarios in which I have participated.

And, as I believe that this life is a continuous learning and takes many turns, I accepted the recommendation to train as a Coach. Honestly, it has been one of my good decisions, since it has allowed me to professionalize those attitudes and rely on the Coaching methodology to accompany the reality of financial challenges and/or conflicts.

In a natural manner I began advising personal projects of friends, family and business owners who considered they needed an external professional vision and, at the same time, required a high level of trust and honesty. And I instinctively developed a way to communicate financial analysis in a simple and understandable way, without using unnecessary technical jargon. I am not a friend of complexity, especially if it confuses more than it contributes. That was the beginning of combining my hours in private business with my passion for advising and getting involved in personal projects.

In recent years the financial territory has become excessively complex…. and in most cases with no need to do so.

I have been honing my common sense for numbers and the possibilities they offer, and a natural ability to understand the financial concerns that surround business life such as planning, organizing and managing by objectives, optimizing interdepartmental processes, and managing finance, logistics and administration teams.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, a Master's degree in Direction and Financial Management, a Master's Coach & Organizational Mentor and a PDD at IESE Business School, and I have trained in Investment Strategies and Wealth Management at Esade. Some other passions are languages, especially English and German, which have led to a better understanding of the financial world.

And above all, I am, as my wife says, a very good travel companion.
